  • The best thing I’ve ever done

I bought it for my Mum who’s 63.  Her pelvic muscles have been getting steadily worse for ages, so  I decided I’d look for something easy which would help her.  She’s not the kind who tries too hard at things but she’s so happy with LadySystem.  She says she hasn’t felt this good about herself for a long time.

  • Life saver

I’m in my early fifties and was having to resort to panty liners every day.  It’s embarrassing and so I kept it to myself.  My doctor told me about this, and after using LadySystem I can honestly say that it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.  In just a few weeks I’m well on the way to being my old self (not that old!) and it hasn’t been difficult at all!  Health professionals really should be telling more women about this fantastic option.

  • The best recommendation

I’m slim and fit and don’t have any kids, but I’ve had pelvic floor problems for years.  A friend of mine mentioned this product which she had started to use a couple of weeks earlier.  We compare notes and we’re both absolutely delighted with it!  I’m amazed because I’ve done pelvic floor exercises on and off for years with little to show for it, but two weeks with my cones and I’ve felt more improvement than ever before.  People don’t realise how this kind of problem affects your confidence, but mine is sky high.

  • Truly delighted

Despite being in my 20’s I was suffering from a weak vaginal wall and started with Kegel exercises.  But I didn’t get any improvement after months and also found it hard to find the time to do them.  I was given Ladysystem as a gift by a thoughtful cousin and it’s helped me so much.  My muscles are stronger than they’ve ever been and it’s totally easy to use.  Delighted.

  • Excellent, and easy to use

I’m 42 with a couple of growing kids.  After trying various different methods, it’s hard to believe that such an easy system can produce such marvellous results.  But it does!

  • Convenient and effective

I became a mother three months ago, and I’d been told that it’s necessary to get your pelvic floor fit afterwards.  My health centre mentioned the Lady System and after looking at the alternatives that’s the one I decided to use.  I find it very easy to use, you might have to make a little effort for a couple of days when you change from one cone to the next, but after that it stays in virtually by itself.  I find that 10 minutes each time is plenty for me.  It’s really worked for me and takes up no time at all.

  • Thank you little sister!

My sister kept on at me to try this product but I was really sceptical.  I’d had years with leaking problems and nothing had helped. But I finally gave it a go, and I was surprised how easy it was and how quickly you improve.  I use it for 20 minutes morning and evening, while I’m getting on with my other bits and bobs.  Marvellous product, well done!

  • I finally found the answer!

I found this just Googling, because after talking to a specialist I came away unconvinced.  Now, just 5 weeks after starting, I’m really comfortable and so pleased with my progress.  I’ll complete the recommended 12 weeks and carry on just to make sure the improvement is permanent.  I really don’t want to go back to the anxiety and discomfort I’ve experienced these last few months.  And I’ve changed my specialist.

  • I’m amazed

My cousin works in a health centre and she advised me to use this product for my leaking symptoms.  She told me it had been tested by doctors and was made with safe materials.  I’m so grateful to her, my symptoms  are improving so much and it hardly takes up any time or effort.

  • Big improvement!

In the few weeks I’ve used these cones I’ve already noticed a big improvement.  I’m completely satisfied because they do exactly as they say.  They adapt easily to your body and are exceptionally easy to use.

  • Significantly better than exercise without cones

Training with vaginal cones produced significantly better pelvic floor muscle strength than did exercise without cones. We also find it worthwhile to consider pelvic floor muscle physiotherapy with vaginal cones, most probably useful for the prevention of utero-vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, and as an aid to sexual satisfaction.
