  • Now I’m running again

Running has been my life and I had to give it up because of my pelvic floor.  I’ve tried the cones for some weeks and I’m feeling so much stronger.  I’m taking things carefully for now, but I’ve been able to get back to my running.  Really helped me.

  • Absolutely invaluable

This therapy is absolutely invaluable. I recommend it as a preventive measure to all of my patients at their six week post-natal check especially with a second child.

  • Life saver

I’m in my early fifties and was having to resort to panty liners every day.  It’s embarrassing and so I kept it to myself.  My doctor told me about this, and after using LadySystem I can honestly say that it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.  In just a few weeks I’m well on the way to being my old self (not that old!) and it hasn’t been difficult at all!  Health professionals really should be telling more women about this fantastic option.

  • It really works!

I bought one four weeks ago and the results are amazing!  After three kids I thought my body had changed for ever, and so did my poor husband.  I was desperate for a solution and luckily I found this really quickly.

  • Significantly better than exercise without cones

Training with vaginal cones produced significantly better pelvic floor muscle strength than did exercise without cones. We also find it worthwhile to consider pelvic floor muscle physiotherapy with vaginal cones, most probably useful for the prevention of utero-vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, and as an aid to sexual satisfaction.

  • Every woman should know about this

I wish I’d known about this product years ago.  I’ve tried most of the publicised remedies but none was any good.  A friend told me about this Lady System, she’d bought one a couple of years back and was delighted with it.  I wasn’t sure to start with because I’d tried so many things, but day by day I realised things were getting better and that my muscles were stronger.  And once I’d managed to actually change to the next cone up I knew I was on my way.  It’s really easy because you can use it anywhere, and 15 minutes each time is enough.  I recommended it to several of friends and not one of them has been disappointed.  Great results every time!

  • I finally found the answer!

I found this just Googling, because after talking to a specialist I came away unconvinced.  Now, just 5 weeks after starting, I’m really comfortable and so pleased with my progress.  I’ll complete the recommended 12 weeks and carry on just to make sure the improvement is permanent.  I really don’t want to go back to the anxiety and discomfort I’ve experienced these last few months.  And I’ve changed my specialist.

  • My specialist recommended it to me

When I finally admitted to myself that I had a problem I started to look for an answer. There are so many products, all of them promising great results, and it was hard to decide between them. I told my gynaecologist I preferred to avoid surgery and he recommended that I use this product. He told me that safety was the most important thing and that this one had been clinically tested. It’s literally changed my life. I can do lots of things now which had become almost impossible just a few months ago, and it hasn’t been difficult at all. I thoroughly recommend this for all women.

  • Perfect for stress incontinence

Since this product appeared, it’s been much easier and more straightforward dealing with cases of stress incontinence among my women patients. They find it an easy and very acceptable way to get rid of their embarrassing symptoms.

  • Truly delighted

Despite being in my 20’s I was suffering from a weak vaginal wall and started with Kegel exercises.  But I didn’t get any improvement after months and also found it hard to find the time to do them.  I was given Ladysystem as a gift by a thoughtful cousin and it’s helped me so much.  My muscles are stronger than they’ve ever been and it’s totally easy to use.  Delighted.
