  • Now I’m running again

Running has been my life and I had to give it up because of my pelvic floor.  I’ve tried the cones for some weeks and I’m feeling so much stronger.  I’m taking things carefully for now, but I’ve been able to get back to my running.  Really helped me.

  • Big improvement!

In the few weeks I’ve used these cones I’ve already noticed a big improvement.  I’m completely satisfied because they do exactly as they say.  They adapt easily to your body and are exceptionally easy to use.

  • I highly recommend it!

I’d known about this system for some time and I wish I’d plucked up the courage to try it sooner.  I feel so much stronger down there now and I’m already on my third cone.  I’d encourage every woman with problems not to give it a second thought.  Go ahead and start NOW!

  • Great results from the beginning

I’m very happy with this.  I’ve only used it for four weeks but I could tell it was working almost from the first day.  I’m now on the third cone now and I can feel such a big improvement. It’s really nicely made too, a super quality product!  Ladies, this one really works!!

  • Perfect for stress incontinence

Since this product appeared, it’s been much easier and more straightforward dealing with cases of stress incontinence among my women patients. They find it an easy and very acceptable way to get rid of their embarrassing symptoms.

  • No more pads

I’m really happy with this.  I’m 49 with four children, and going through menopause.  My pelvic floor was getting worse every day and I tried a lot of the exercises recommended, but despite that I had to start using pads every day.  I’ve now used the cones for just under two months and things have changed completely!  No more pads and I feel confident in any situation again.  It’s discreet, and easy to carry around with me, and I’m using the cones every day to make sure I stay this way.

  • I finally found the answer!

I found this just Googling, because after talking to a specialist I came away unconvinced.  Now, just 5 weeks after starting, I’m really comfortable and so pleased with my progress.  I’ll complete the recommended 12 weeks and carry on just to make sure the improvement is permanent.  I really don’t want to go back to the anxiety and discomfort I’ve experienced these last few months.  And I’ve changed my specialist.

  • A very good product!

This is a very good product, and I wish I’d known about it years ago. It really should be recommended to all women after childbirth by doctors. Doctors do us no favours by not telling us about these things. This worked within days of starting to use it and I’m doing so regularly. It just works, and kegels on their own never worked and I have done those for years.  I exercise regularly an I am very fit and not overweight. There is no reason whatever not to try this first. I had started thinking I may have to see a specialist and decided to try this first. Kegels just don’t work and are a waste of time because you never get anywhere with them. They may have some mild toning effect but nothing that really improves leakage symptoms.

  • Significantly better than exercise without cones

Training with vaginal cones produced significantly better pelvic floor muscle strength than did exercise without cones. We also find it worthwhile to consider pelvic floor muscle physiotherapy with vaginal cones, most probably useful for the prevention of utero-vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, and as an aid to sexual satisfaction.

  • Truly delighted

Despite being in my 20’s I was suffering from a weak vaginal wall and started with Kegel exercises.  But I didn’t get any improvement after months and also found it hard to find the time to do them.  I was given Ladysystem as a gift by a thoughtful cousin and it’s helped me so much.  My muscles are stronger than they’ve ever been and it’s totally easy to use.  Delighted.

  • Thank you little sister!

My sister kept on at me to try this product but I was really sceptical.  I’d had years with leaking problems and nothing had helped. But I finally gave it a go, and I was surprised how easy it was and how quickly you improve.  I use it for 20 minutes morning and evening, while I’m getting on with my other bits and bobs.  Marvellous product, well done!

  • Absolutely invaluable

This therapy is absolutely invaluable. I recommend it as a preventive measure to all of my patients at their six week post-natal check especially with a second child.
