    Insert the cone gently just like a tampon

    Use the cone for just 15-20 minutes and meanwhile carry on with your normal daily activities.  Do this twice a day

    After a couple of weeks, move onto the next cone in the series

    Continue progressing gradually through the series, until you reach your optimum cone.  Then use that cone for the rest of your 12 week programme
